Designing for Scale: Enterprise Campaigns at Indeed
At Indeed, I led web design initiatives for global recruitment campaigns supporting enterprise partners such as Walmart, FedEx, CVS, Amazon, and Compass. My role centered on transforming complex B2B goals into streamlined digital experiences that helped large organizations hire efficiently at scale.
Each campaign began with the recruiter’s journey — identifying pain points, mapping the decision path, and designing landing experiences that simplified action. I oversaw the design of modular web templates and localized landing pages that connected enterprise teams with Indeed’s recruitment solutions.
Our work balanced data and empathy: clean layouts, human-centered imagery, and clear copy that spoke to both efficiency and trust. These campaigns spanned multiple industries and markets, driving measurable engagement and over $3M in revenue in a single quarter.
Impact: Created a scalable campaign system used across 8 global enterprise accounts, improving recruiter engagement and accelerating hiring outcomes while generating over $3M in revenue for Indeed.
